I usually do not take the time to write, but I feel that it was such a wonderful and positive experience in getting our sweet puppy from Joyful Havanese, that I just have to share it. May Beth was highly recommended to us by one of her clients after our dog passed away. Mary Beth is a wonderful and responsible breeder. She took the time to answer all of my many questions. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process. And when the pups arrived, she sent us many photos and videos so that we could watch our little one grow. It was so important to us that our little pup be brought into the world with love; the best care possible and that she begin her new life inside a home and in a family environment.
Our MollyMae is PERFECT! She is so well adjusted, smart and playful. She enjoys being handled and held. She loves to be groomed. We decided to continue with potty pads as this works out best for our life style. At 4 months, MollyMae was completely potty trained. I thank Mary Beth with the start of the training process.

We LOVE our Lucy! We drove to pick her up in mid November at 8 weeks old. We knew we made a great choice from the first interactions with MaryBeth. The correspondence was frequent, receiving pictures and videos as our puppy grew.
From the moment she came home with us she has impressed us with her sweet and playful disposition. She is so smart and willing to please. Training has been quite easy and I truly believe that is due to her being raised in a home having early interactions with Marybeth and her family.
Joyful Havanese is the perfect name and we couldn't be happier with the newest addition to our family.

If you are thinking of getting a Havanese then look no further... The quality and beauty of MaryBeth's dogs are second to none. She takes such good care of them before sending them off to their forever homes. The Havanese is a very sweet and intelligent breed that absolutely loves family, friends, and just about everyone. The most social dogs I've ever seen. MaryBeth is very professional and takes their care seriously. She wants all of her babies to have good homes and her feelings on this is obvious when you meet her.
I was lucky enough to receive a puppy from MaryBeth this past June. My little girl, Dodie, has been with me now for 8 months. To say that she is smart is an understatement... super intellegent. She's sweet and loving with so many kisses a day, energetic, playful, cuddly and friendly to all she meets whether people or other animals. A big personality for a little dog. My vet was also impressed with how beautiful Dodie is and how easy she's been to train.

We brought Dario home this month, who is now known as Nugget. MaryBeth and her family took amazing care of Nugget and his siblings. We will be just as efficient in caring for him so we provide him with the best life possible. After leafing through many, many breeders in the tri-state area and encountering many shady ones, we were so relieved and grateful to find MaryBeth. She is knowledgeable, helpful, reputable, and honest.
Nugget is an amazing puppy!! It's already hard to imagine life without him. Everyone he meets is blown away by how friendly and social he is. He's a neighborhood favorite! We hired a private trainer to accompany us in housebreaking Nugget. We were prepared to pay for 4 sessions, but the trainer agreed that after the 1st lesson, he was respondingmarvelously that he only needed practice here-on-out. Our veterinarian was impressed by his overall health and, specifically, the perfect alignment of his teeth. All of these experiences, so far, reflect the care Nugget received from MaryBeth and her family. Bravo.

We got our Havanese from Mary Beth last June and couldn't be happier. We drove over 10 hours to get Lulu and she has been such an important member of our family ever since. We were able to see both of Lulu's parents on site and to see how the dogs interacted with Mary Beth and her family. These dogs have been cared for in a clean, safe, nurturing environment. Since this was our first Havanese, I had many questions. Mary Beth has been such a wealth of information about the breed.
